In Go! Girl Guides, Korea by Jaclynn Seah0 Comments

Crossposted from Go! Girl Guides, where I’m a contributing blogger. Check out the site for more great articles from other freewheelin’ travellin’ girls that go! If there’s one thing you notice about the Koreans from their celebrities, other than their perfectly symmetrical faces, it’s their  flawless skin. Beauty is big business in Korea – for the locals and the tourists alike. Just walking around Myeongdong one evening, there were beauty shops every few steps. The souvenir shopping guide – what to bring home from your trip

In How I Travel, Occasional Travel by Jaclynn Seah0 Comments

The quintessential touristy thing to do when you travel is to buy a few souvenirs and other knick-knacks to bring back home, whether for yourself or your friends. Seoul Shopping – my stash

In Korea, Shop by Jaclynn Seah1 Comment

So I did quite a fair bit of shopping in Seoul. I planned the trip as a pretty relaxing one, alternating sightseeing with shopping, and boy did I get quite a lot of shopping done on this trip! Those who’ve been following the trip on Twitter and Facebook might have seen this pic: Besides a new wardrobe for myself, I scouted around for cool stuff made in Korea and things you can’t find too easily elsewhere, and from a whole bunch of lovely items, I ended up picking up 3 unique things for the TOTshop from 3 separate areas in …
